In lieu of Article IX. The Constitutional Commissions of the Revised XU-CSG Constitution and Bylaws of 2022.
Sec. 59.3 The Chief Commissioner shall:
- Appoint one Deputy Commissioner from each CSC. This provision shall not bind the Chief Commissioner of COA.
- Appoint a Commission Secretary who shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the Commission’s records and files.
- Have the power to create committees and offices and appoint officers thereto.
Sec. 59.2 A Deputy Commissioner:
- May only serve under one Commission.
- May not concurrently be a member of a Branch of XU-CSG or CSC.
- May not concurrently be a Chief Commissioner.
The Deputy Commissioners frequently work alongside the Chief Commissioner and her associate to lead and manage the organization. They may be in charge of overseeing and coordinating the activities of multiple departments or divisions, guaranteeing successful operations and resource use. They may sit in plenary with the Chief Commissioner and partake in duties relating to decision-making.
As the Chief Commissioner of the Electoral Commission and by the authority vested in me by the Revised XU-CSG Constitution and Bylaws of 2022, these student leaders mentioned hereinafter are appointed as the Deputy Commissioners of their respective College Councils:

These student leaders have been recommended by their organization and are carefully selected based on the Commission’s set of qualifications, considering their skills and leadership potentials. I am confident that these Deputy Commissioners will contribute significantly to the Commission’s further development and success.
We would like to send a warm welcome to the newly appointed Deputy Commissioners. May you provide your full support, participation, and advice as they take on additional duties. We will continue to improve our Commission and work together to attain our common goals.
