The Electoral Commission has received inquiries regarding the participation of co-curricular organizations in Botar Atenista 2025. This memorandum clarifies the process and strongly encourages all co-curricular organizations to participate in Botar Atenista 2025 to avoid the need for a Special Election.
To ensure a smooth and successful participation process, each organization must secure the endorsement of its assigned Deputy Commissioner. Organizations without a designated Deputy Commissioner should contact their respective College Council's Deputy Commissioner before the start of the Certificate of Candidacy (COC) filing period. The College Council Deputy Commissioner will provide guidance on the necessary procedures and address any questions. Timely communication is essential to avoid any potential delays.
